Order preparation
After a successful checkout, an order can move through processing, packing, shipment, and delivery states. The device and its order details remain linked throughout that journey.
Address checks
Review the recipient name, mobile number, postcode, and complete delivery address during checkout. Once packing or dispatch begins, an address change may require support review.
Tracking an order
Use the order reference on the tracking page or open order history from your account. Status labels explain the latest recorded stage without implying that a pending step is complete.
Delivery exceptions
If packaging arrives damaged, the recipient details are incorrect, or delivery cannot be completed, keep the order reference and use the contact page to start a review.
